We took our annual Kansas trip over Thanksgiving this year. The kids did great in the car both ways. They enjoyed the stops, new toys and a few movies. The weather was wonderful going up there, we had pretty good weather while we were there too. Coming home though was a mess. Rain, Icy and very cold. Took us about 12 hours to get to Kansas and about 16 hours to get home.
We had fun hanging out with family and taking a trip to the Kansas City zoo, which if you haven't been to I recommend going if you are there. It was amazing and I can't wait to take the kids back again. It was great seeing family and enjoying Thanksgiving together. Until next time....
