2nd Anniversary

So yesterday was James and I's 2nd Wedding Anniversary. I can't believe how fast the time has gone by. So last night we actually got to go out by ourselves without Kelbie since she was born. She spent the night with her cousin Brayden and Aunt Shannon. She had a blast playing over there. She got to play in the sandbox and the pool then she took at bath in the big tub with  Brayden. So while she was having a blast over there James and I  went out to dinner. We went  to this Sushi place off of I-10. It was a pretty good place, but I don't know if it  is worth the drive everytime I want to eat sushi. I was so proud of James for even taking me there because he HATES sushi. He ate it and he even ordered a roll that had raw salmon on top and cream cheese inside. For those of you who know James he hates anything raw and he really hates cream cheese. He even said he would eat it again so I was shocked and excited. After dinner we came back to the house and relaxed. It was weird not having Kelbie  here to tend to, but it  was nice and I think we will have to do it alittle more now that I know she does fine away from our house. A few things that have happened to us  in our 2nd year of marriage:

*All settled into our house, but still attempting to remodel and make it our own
*Found out we were having a  little girl
*Went from a 2 income family, to 1 and then back to 2
* Welcomed out baby girl in  October


Not a whole lot going on  with us in our 2nd year of marriage, but that is okay. Maybe our next year will be  more entertaining, but if not that is okay with me too.

So Kelbie's 1st Easter was a fun and busy one. We started out attending church with my family. They had an outside service and an egg hunt. It was a lot of fun. Kelbie didn't do much with the egg hunt we got some pictures of her sitting with the eggs. Next year she will be more involved. She also had a little melt down during  the service so we cut out a little early. We had lunch at Corrino's which was good. I ran into a co-worker and her family there so it was good to see them out on Easter. After lunch we went back to Danny and Shannon's to hang out so the kids could nap and  then do Easter baskets. Kelbie wasn't to sure what all the basket things were about. She wanted to eat the grass out of hers and play with Brayden's toys out of his. We finished up the day heading out to Kingwood where Shannon's parents live and had a good Easter dinner. Over all it was a great 1st Easter for Kelbie. I'm A Big Girl Now

What happened to my little girl. She is officially in her big girl car seat which means she is growing up way to fast for me. She loves it though and has more room to get comfy.

6 Month CheckUp

Kelbie is still off the charts at her  6 month check up. We can start feeding her the same things we eat which is  exciting. She loves her baby food so now we can add in fresh veggies and fruit too. She will start meats next month. We are also going to be moving her into a bigger car seat here in the next month or so. Her doctor said she can go into the convertible car seats so now we just have to find one that we like and that is in our price range. I can't believe she is  growing up so fast already. She is already army crawling, sitting up by herself and is getting  her first 2 teeth. She loves to laugh and talk up a storm. She also has  learned to hold her own  bottle and she has to have a blanky in her hand to go to sleep at night. Here are her stats and some pictures for 6 months...
