Gymnastics

Kelbie has been begging to take gymnastics classes. I told her we would give it a try and if she liked it she could enroll in August. We tried Iron Cross in Richmond and it was fantastic. She loved it and you could tell she hadn't done something like that in a few years. We will definitely be signing her up somewhere starting in August. Looks like we may have a gymnast/dancer on our hands.

She can't quite get the monkey bars

Rodeo Day

Kelbie's last rodeo day at Southminster. We sure will miss all the fun things next year and are so grateful for all the learning, love and fun she has had there over the last 4 years.

Father Daughter Dance

I signed James and Kelbie up for their first Father- Daughter dance. I thought it would a good time for them to have some fun with out me there. Kelbie got a new dress and shoes and even requested that Daddy wear a purple shirt to match. Much to my surprise he obliged. They seemed to have a fun time together. They did come home a little before the dance was over because Kelbie got her feeling hurt during the karaoke sing a long to frozen. She sure is growing up fast.

Cousin time at the Zoo

Play date at the zoo. Doesn't get much better than that. The weather was perfect, the kids had a blast and we tried a burger joint in Montrose afterwards. I swear my kids could spend every day at the Zoo and be perfectly happy.

Watching the seals, waiting on the cousins to arrive

Valentines Day 2016

Just any other day around our house for Valentines Day. We had a french toast breakfast, went to the grocery store and did some cleaning. Kelbie enjoyed her party at school on the 12th where she got to show off her 2 Valentines outfits. The kids got some small treats and we finished off the night with the movie Frozen. Very low key and I wouldn't change it for anything. In a few years we will have teenagers going out on dates. Okay its really like 10+ years but still.

Happy Valentine's Day

French Toast

One day she wont insist on a silly picture for every shot. She
sure is a character though

The best I could get all day of Jaxon. He wanted nothing to
do with pictures of Valentine's Day

Tulips in full bloom 2 days later.

Beautiful Weather

The weather has been pretty fantastic around her lately so we have been taking advantage as much as we can. Kelbie asks to go to the park pretty much everyday and I finally gave it after school one day last week. They sure do love to just run, slide and swing as high as they can. Even Oliver has been enjoying being outside, crazy cat.

This has nothing to do with the weather, but Jaxon has figured out how
to get out of his bed and has been coming into my room to sleep. Sneaky
little thing as I never know he is in there until I wake up.

Oliver chilling on the roof. He jumps onto the shed, over to
the play house, onto a tree and onto the roof. Pretty
good considering he doesn't have any claws.

and they are off

He was made he could figure out how to get up the ladder

Sometimes they like each other

Sticks, that is all he needs to be happy when outside.
