Kelbie's 6th Birthday

Kelbie has been so excited to celebrate her 6th birthday. She wanted a horse themed party so it was only to be expected that we would go all out and actually ride some horses. I went Pintrest crazy and with her favorite color purple turned her party into something her and her friends are still talking about. I admit I do go a little overboard on her parties but I think one has been my favorite so far.

After losing our deposit at a place out in Needville I stumbled upon Saddlebrook Riding school out in Rosharon. The lady that owns that place was wonderful. She has rescued all the horse that she has and has been giving lessons for over 20 years. She only does a couple birthday parties a year but is hoping to expand that part of her business. She even emailed me after the party to tell me how great the party was and how everything turned out. I would totally recommend the location to anyone looking.

The kids had a blast. Since there were horse rides we have a smaller party this year than normal. The kids got to throw rocks into the pond, see chickens, ride and feed horse and just run around on the land enjoying the beautiful weather. Everything turned out great and everyone had a great time. Can't wait to see where her imagination leads her for next years party.

Our cake lady came through as always

I loved having all the animals just roaming around.
Makes me really want to own some land one day.

Each kid got to feed the horse that they rode a treat

Trystan came back with us after the party and helped Kelbie
open up all her presents.

"Its a Weasel"

This has turned out to be her favorite gift. Her and Jaxon
play with it everyday and Jaxon will be getting his own for
Christmas

Past out from all the fun

Since her actual birthday fell on a Tuesday we had to celebrate again. M & M cookie with a candle seemed fitting.

We surprised her with her final gift of going to Build A Bear. Only fitting that she choose a horse in which she named Texas Girl. She has slept with it every night since she got it.

Getting all her gear on.
